The picture (on this page) is of the Royal Australian Army Education Corps (Public Relations) stable belt.
Public Relations separated from the Royal Australian Army Education Corps in 1994 and became the Australian Army Public Relations Service (AAPRS). I doubt AAPRS had their own stable belt as stable belts went out of service with the Australian Army in 1995.
Colours are described as green and gold in the 1979 Dress Manual.
